ABOUT
Vural Construction, in Alanya since 1994.
The land, the drawings, the structural calculation, the crews and the handover all stay under one roof.
Every project starts with the plot. Before anything is bought we look at its ground, its slope and its road access, read its zoning, and work out what can be built on it and what it will cost. If the numbers do not work, we say so at this stage.
Our architect draws the plans, elevations and apartment layouts in-house. Each layout is worked through with the structure and the site in mind, from the first sketch to the drawings the crews build from, so what is sold on paper is what gets built.
The structure is calculated in-house to Turkey’s earthquake regulations. The engineers who design the frame work under the same roof as the site, so questions there go straight to the people who did the sums.
Our site manager runs the crews and the schedule. Each stage, from the frame to the finishes, is checked on site before the next one starts.
When the building is complete it goes through inspection, then is handed over with its keys and its documents. The office that built it stays where it is, in Alanya.
Leadership
He founded Vural Construction in Alanya in 1994 and has led it since. In more than 30 years the firm has completed 65 buildings and handed keys to over 1000 clients. He serves the firm as its founder and chief engineer.
Vural Construction is not an immigration adviser. The Turkish state runs this process.
